How long does the seller have to respond?

Sellers have 24 hours to confirm your purchase request. If they don't respond, the request expires and no payment is taken.

What if I change my delivery date?

You can reschedule directly with the seller or mover once your booking is confirmed. Contact our support if you need help.

When will I receive the payment link?

Once the seller confirms your purchase request, you'll receive a secure payment link by email within a few minutes.

Can I cancel a purchase request?
